MSUB Professor to discuss “How to ask for an accommodation at work” October 23.

In recognition of October as Disability Employment Awareness Month Living Independently for Today & Tomorrow will be hosting a program on “How to ask for an accommodation at work” on Tuesday October 23 from 5 to 6:15 p.m. in the community room of its office at 1201 Grand Avenue in Billings.
Intended for job seekers and workers with disabilities this program presented by Dr. Paula McMahon, Assistant Professor of Rehabilitation & Human Services in the College of Allied Health Professions at Montana State University Billings, will provide participants with appropriate strategies for asking for an accommodation as well as rights and responsibilities of both the employer and employee under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
