Glendive Community Mental Health Awareness Ice Cream Social on May 12

Living Independently for Today & Tomorrow (LIFTT), The Eastern Service Area Authority (ESAA) and the Glendive Local Advisory Council are teaming up to mark Mental Health Awareness Month with an ice cream social to be held on Saturday May 12 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the gazebo in Our Park (South Merrill Avenue) in Glendive.
Please join us for ice cream from CRAV’NS (LIFTT will be providing up to 100 free cones/cups), cake and fun activities for the whole family!
Several organizations will be on hand with information about local, state, regional and national resources for those dealing with mental health and substance use disorders and their families. The event will also include brief remarks from Mayor Jerry Jimson who will on behalf of the city council proclaim May “Mental Health Awareness Month” in Glendive.
