Walk with Ease begins June 13

June 6, 2017

LIFTT is pleased to sponsor a class entitled “Walk with Ease.”  Designed by the Arthritis Foundation “Walk with Ease” helps people with arthritis and other chronic conditions to develop a low impact walking program to improve their health and wellness.

The program will run Tuesdays and Fridays 10:30 am to 11:30 am from June 13 to June 30. The group will meet in the Community Room of the Billings LIFTT office (1201 Grand Avenue) before heading out to walk around the neighborhood.
