Space Still Avaliable! Living Life Well with a Chronic Condition Class begins May 5

Space still available for this course which starts Thursday May 5, Please call 259-5181 ASAP to reserve your spot! 

Join LIFTT for a free six week workshop entitled “Living Life Well with a Chronic Condition.”

Using a curriculum developed by Stanford University the course is designed to assist people living with ongoing health problems develop strategies to:

  • Feel better and have more energy.
  • Discover new ways to improve their health.
  • Connect with others.
  • Communicate better with their family and physicians

Classes will be held  each Thursday between May 5  and June 9 from 1:00 pm until 3:30 pm in the Community Room of the Billings LIFTT Office @ 1201 Grand Avenue.

Services Eligibility

Persons with any type of physical or mental impairment that significantly impacts their ability to live independently in the home and community or to maintain employment are eligible for LIFTT services. Information and referral services are available to anyone, regardless of disability status, including friends and family, the business community, and the general public.
