Working Well with a Disability starts February 3

Living Independently for Today and Tomorrow (LIFTT) is pleased to offer an eight session workshop entitled “Working Well with a Disability.”
Using a curriculum developed by the Disability & Health program at the University of Montana’s Rural Institute; “Working Well with a Disability” is a consumer driven workshop for individuals with disabilities that takes participants on a journey of empowerment through peer support, goal setting and problem solving. The emphasis of the course is on maintaining a balanced lifestyle to support employment while building on healthy goals established throughout life.
Classes will be held at the LIFTT Billings Office at 1201 Grand Avenue.
Class Dates: Wednesdays & Fridays February 3- February 26
Time: 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
