Summer Session of Living Life Well to be held in Billings

Join LIFTT for six week workshop on chronic condition management entitled “Living Life Well.”
Using a curriculum developed by Stanford University “Living Life Well” is designed to assist people living with chronic conditions develop strategies to:
- Discover new ways to improve your health, decrease pain and elevate your mood
- Set and achieve small attainable goals
- Communicate better with your family and physician
- Healthy eating strategies
- Connect with other people and build lasting friendships
The class will be held on Mondays from June- May 14. Each session is 2 1/2 hours and will run from 1:00-3:30 pm. Classes will be held in the Billings LIFTT office (1201 Grand Avenue)
Cost for the entire six week course is $10.00. Scholarships are available. Space is limited. If you sign up please plan on attending all six sessions of the class
