LIFTT to host budgeting and financial skills workshop for people with disabilities

Living Independently for Today and Tomorrow will be hosting a free budgeting and financial skills workshop for people with disabilities. The class will be held from 10 am to noon each Monday and Friday from March 3 to March 21.
This is a workshop which introduces a financial goal perspective and teaches budgeting and other skills that are necessary to live and work independently. Participants will learn how to create their own monthly budget, while keeping in mind their income, expenses, and other fiscal necessities.
Space in this class is limited to 12 participants. To reserve your place stop by LIFTT (1201 Grand Avenue) or call 259-5981 during regular business hours. Please let us know if you need any special accommodations when you register.
