Upcoming Classes at LIFTT

Budgeting Education Class-FREE

This is a workshop which introduces a financial goal perspective and teaches budgeting and financial skills that are necessary to live and work independently. Participants will learn how to create their own monthly budget, while keeping in mind their income, expenses, and other financial necessities.

Classes will be held at the LIFTT Billings Office 1201 Grand Avenue

Class Dates: Tuesdays & Thursdays October 1-17

Time: 1 p.m.-3 p.m.

Space in this class is limited to 12 participants. To reserve your place stop by LIFTT (1201 Grand Avenue) or call 259-5981 during regular business hours. Please let us know if you need any special accommodations when you register.

Living Well with a Disability Class-FREE

This is a workshop which introduces a goal-setting approach and teaches problem-solving skills. Living Well also provides tools for managing health and making healthy lifestyle changes, increasing physical activity, developing and maintaining healthy relationships, improving nutrition, avoiding depression and frustration, and advocating for community change that help maintain gains.

Classes will be held at the LIFTT Billings Office 1201 Grand Avenue

Class Dates: Monday & Wednesdays October 21-November 6

Time: 1 p.m.-3 p.m.
